Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact, including the authenticity card.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
